Call to Order: Mayor Pro Tem Cooper called the meeting to order at 2:00 pm.

Approval or Amendment of Agenda: Commissioner Morris made a motion to approved the agenda as written. Commissioner Outland seconded and the motion carried.

Resolution of Tentative Award: Commissioner Morris made a motion to approve the Resolution of Tentative Award to contractor Step Construction, Inc. in the amount of $810,280.40 for the construction of the Peachtree/Chestnut Street Sewer Replacement Project. Commissioner Outland seconded and the motion carried.

Project Bid Information: Commissioner Morris made a motion to approve the project bid information which includes the project cost summary for the Peachtree/Chestnut Street Sewer Replacement Project. Commissioner Outland seconded and the motion carried.

Public Comments: No public was present.

Adjourn: Mayor Pro Tem Cooper made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:02 pm. Commissioner Morris seconded and the motion passed.
