Town of Woodland Special Called Meeting to Open Armory Bids

At 5:00 p.m., Mayor Beale called the meeting to order.

Commissioner Christison opened the bids and read them to the board. There were three upset bids sent in, one for $21,500, one for $22,000, and one for $25,000. Tam Sonnenberg, Tag MX LLC’s offer of $25,000 was the highest qualified bid. He also sent in a down payment of $1,250.

Commissioner Cooper made a motion to accept Tam Sonnenberg’s offer of $25,000 and readvertise the sale starting this Saturday, December 12, 2020. Commissioner Christison seconded and the motion carried.

At 5:19 p.m., Commissioner Morris made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Outland seconded and the motion carried.
